Monthly plans

Pick how much of this stops being your problem

Keep the org healthy, add a consultant who ships every week, or hand over Salesforce and the systems around it. Flat monthly fee, month to month after an initial term.

The plans

Run it, build on it, or hand us the whole thing.

Monthly retainers covering administration, configuration, integrations, and the development each tier supports. Plans start at $3,500 a month.

Run

Keep the lights on

$3,500 /month

Up to 20 hours a month

  • Admin requests, fixes, and user questions handled
  • Small, safe changes shipped
  • Reports and dashboards kept accurate
  • A monthly health check on the org

Good fit when: The org is in maintenance mode and does not need a full-time admin, or you need a stopgap until you hire one.

Build

A consultant who ships

$7,500 /month

Up to 60 hours a month

  • Everything in Run, still handled
  • A senior consultant on your backlog every week
  • Flow, validation, permissions, page and reporting work
  • Light Apex and LWC: small triggers, simple components, changes to what exists
  • Integrations kept healthy and extended

Good fit when: The backlog is real and it needs someone shipping against it every week.

Operate

Salesforce and the systems around it

Let's talk

Scoped to the work

  • A named team: architect, administrator, and developer
  • Complex development and the architecture decisions behind it
  • Several workstreams at once, so a build and a migration run in parallel
  • Release windows you can plan around and a roadmap we bring each quarter
  • The connected stack too: HubSpot, CTI, billing, data and the vendors behind them

Good fit when: The systems behind revenue and service are load-bearing and nobody owns them end to end.

Where a plan fits

A plan is the fourth step, not the first

The same process on every engagement. A plan is how the system stays owned once the first piece of work has landed.

  1. 01 · Free

    Discovery

We read the org and the problem before anyone quotes anything. Our tooling maps what is actually configured, and a conversation covers what it costs you today. You keep the findings whether or not we work together.

  2. 02 · Fixed before we start

    Scoping

The findings become a defined piece of work with a price and acceptance criteria you can check yourself. Anything we cannot describe objectively does not go in the scope.

  3. 03 · Senior, milestone by milestone

    Delivery

We ship against those milestones. You see working software at each gate rather than a status report, and payment follows what has been proven rather than time spent.

  4. 04 · Monthly, ongoing

    Ownership

Systems decay quietly when nobody owns them. A monthly plan keeps yours healthy, improving, and moving with the business instead of drifting away from it.

Other ways in

Not everyone starts at the beginning

These are alternatives, not stages. Most teams use one of them rather than all of them.

A free audit

You want to know what is actually in the org before deciding anything. This is where most teams start.

A working session

You have one decision to make and want a senior second opinion on it. Paid, and the fee credits forward.

A priority sprint

You already know what is broken and want it cleared. Bounded, quoted fixed, done in weeks.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How is a plan different from managed services?
Plans are our managed services with the scope made legible. Each tier names what we own every month, so you can see what you are buying and change tiers as the roadmap changes.
Can we change tiers or stop?
Yes. Plans are month to month after an initial term. Most teams move between tiers as the year moves between keeping the system healthy and shipping new capability.
Who does the work?
Senior administrators, developers, and architects. Our own AI tooling accelerates the routine work: discovery, documentation, test scaffolding, and analysis. Senior people own architecture, security, and every production decision.
How is pricing set?
Each plan is a flat monthly fee scoped to the tier and the complexity of your org, agreed in plain language on the first call. No surprise hours math.
