Most integrations fail quietly. The invoice never reaches the opportunity. The lead arrives with no source. A sync breaks in March and nobody notices until the numbers are wrong in a board deck in May. The systems were connected; the data just did not survive the trip.

We connect your systems so it does. Every integration we ship is built to fail loudly: when something breaks, the right person sees it that day, with a recovery path, instead of finding out at reporting time. And one senior consultant owns the whole connection, from the system the record starts in to the screen your team reads it on.

This is production work we live in every day. Our own product and our client systems run on the same Salesforce APIs we would wire into your stack, including integrations that have run in production for years. We advise, we build, and then we either run it or hand it over documented.

Behavioral-health integration practice

Connect admissions, Salesforce, and the EHR without rebuilding the clinical system

We have shipped real-time AdvancedMD synchronization and an admission-to-Opus Behavioral Health EHR pipeline. Start with the workflow, confirm API access, and choose the smallest reliable integration shape.

Who this is for

Built for teams like yours

RevOps teams re-keying data

Your team copies the same information between Salesforce, billing, and marketing because the systems don't talk.

  • QuickBooks and Stripe synced to accounts and opportunities: invoices, payments, and revenue where reps can see them
  • HubSpot lifecycle and lead handoff mapped field by field
  • One owner for the whole pipeline, from API to page layout

Teams burned by brittle syncs

The last integration worked until it didn't, and nobody found out until the numbers were wrong.

  • Retries, alerting, and failure queues designed in from the start
  • Monitoring you can actually see, so silent failures stop being silent
  • Documentation and runbooks, so the fix doesn't depend on who built it

Engineering teams new to Salesforce

Your engineers can build APIs all day; they just don't want to learn Salesforce's quirks.

  • REST, platform events, webhooks, and Bulk API handled by a consultant fluent in both worlds
  • Clean contracts and auth patterns your team can maintain
  • The same API depth that powers ApexGenius, our Salesforce MCP product

Capabilities

Integrations we build and keep running

QuickBooks & Stripe

Invoices, payments, subscriptions, and customer records synced with Salesforce, so finance and revenue finally reconcile.

HubSpot & the marketing stack

Lifecycle stages, lead handoff, and attribution fields flowing both ways, with dedup rules that keep the CRM clean.

Twilio, DocuSign & communications

SMS, calls, and signature status written back to the record, so reps see the whole conversation without leaving Salesforce.

n8n & middleware architecture

Middleware chosen to fit the job (native connector, n8n, or custom code), with execution history, retries, failure alerts, and a human recovery path.

REST & custom APIs

Apex callouts, platform events, webhooks, OAuth, and Bulk API for the systems no off-the-shelf connector covers.

Error handling & monitoring

Retries, idempotency, failure alerts, and logging as part of the build. An integration you can't observe is an outage you haven't noticed.

Outcomes

Numbers with stories attached

Every figure below comes from a client engagement and is attached to the operating system that produced the change.

$10K → $400K/mo

Monthly revenue grown on systems we built and ran

A services business grew monthly revenue from $10K to $400K on the systems we designed and operated: leads routed to the right person immediately, follow-up that happens whether or not anyone remembers, and numbers leadership can act on.

+50%

Half again as many leads converted, same traffic

Follow-up stopped depending on someone remembering. The team converted 50% more leads from the same spend.

Gray was excellent to work with! We needed specific updates in our Salesforce org and he got them done quickly. He was also great at giving us context on the issues we were running into.

How we deliver

From operating problem to a system your team can run

  1. Map the operating friction

We start with the workflow, not the feature request: where work stalls, ownership breaks, data loses meaning, or teams compensate by hand.

  2. Build the smallest system that works

Senior consultants design and ship the build in weeks: Salesforce, integrations, and AI where it earns its place.

  3. Make the system operable

Documentation, enablement, controls, and instrumentation ship with the build so your team can run it and see what is working.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can you integrate QuickBooks with Salesforce?
Yes. QuickBooks-Salesforce sync is one of our most common builds: customers, invoices, and payment status flowing to the right accounts and opportunities, with sync direction and conflict rules decided deliberately instead of left to a connector's defaults.
What's the best middleware for Salesforce integration?
The honest answer: it depends on the job. Native connectors when they fit, n8n when cross-system logic or AI steps are involved, custom Apex or platform events when volume and control demand it. We build and run everything we recommend, so the answer starts from the job rather than from a product we are attached to.
Do you build custom API integrations with Salesforce?
Yes: REST and SOAP callouts, platform events, Change Data Capture, webhooks, and Bulk API. We built ApexGenius, a production Salesforce MCP for Claude and ChatGPT, on these same APIs, so the depth is proven in a product, not just projects.
How do you keep a Salesforce integration from breaking?
Design for failure up front: writes that are safe to repeat, automatic retries that back off instead of hammering, a holding place for anything that still fails, and an alert a human actually sees. Then monitoring and documentation, so when an endpoint changes (and it will), the failure is loud, diagnosed, and fixed fast.
Can you fix an existing integration instead of rebuilding it?
Usually, yes. We audit the current pipeline first; many 'broken' integrations need error handling, monitoring, and a few mapping fixes, not a rewrite. When a rebuild genuinely is cheaper, we'll say so and scope it fixed.
What does a Salesforce integration cost?
Scope drives price. Book a consultation and you'll leave with a fit assessment and a prioritized integration plan, whether or not we work together.
