Information we collect
- Contact form submissions: name, email, company, message, selected topic, submission page, and limited first-touch attribution (landing path, referrer without query parameters, and standard campaign parameters), processed for delivery by Web3Forms and sent to our inbox.
- Scheduling: if you book a call, Cal.com collects the details you provide under its own privacy policy.
- Analytics: we use privacy-respecting site analytics (such as Vercel Analytics and, if enabled, Google Analytics) to understand aggregate site usage: pages viewed, referrers, device type, CTA interactions, form starts, and calendar status. We do not send form contents, attendee details, or patient information to analytics, and we do not sell this data.
Do not submit patient records, clinical narrative, protected health information (PHI), or other sensitive personal data through website forms, calendar notes, or campaign parameters.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and provide requested services.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website.
- To send follow-up communications you have requested.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers named above, or where required by law.
Data retention
Inquiry emails are retained as long as needed to serve the relationship, then deleted on request. Analytics data is retained per each provider's standard policy.
