GAT Solutions LLC (“GAT,” “we,” “us”) operates this website. This policy describes what information we collect through it, how we use that information, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact form submissions: name, email, company, message, selected topic, submission page, and limited first-touch attribution (landing path, referrer without query parameters, and standard campaign and click identifiers). These are sent to our own automation service, which records the enquiry in our Salesforce CRM and notifies us by email.
- Scheduling: if you book a call, Cal.com collects the details you provide under its own privacy policy.
- Analytics and advertising measurement: we use Vercel Analytics, Google Analytics, and the OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel to understand site usage and measure whether an advertisement led to an inquiry or scheduled call. These tools may receive the page URL, referrer, device and browser details, network information, and campaign or click identifiers. The OpenAI pixel may store first-party attribution and browser reference cookies.
- Accepted inquiry measurement: after our intake system accepts a form submission, we may send OpenAI Ads a one-way SHA-256 hash of the normalized email address together with available browser, network, and ad-attribution identifiers. We do not send the inquiry message, attendee details, or patient information to advertising or analytics providers, and we do not sell this data.
Do not submit patient records, clinical narrative, protected health information (PHI), or other sensitive personal data through website forms, calendar notes, or campaign parameters.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and provide requested services.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website.
- To measure advertising performance and prevent duplicate conversion reporting.
- To send follow-up communications you have requested.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers named above, or where required by law.
Data retention
Inquiry emails are retained as long as needed to serve the relationship, then deleted on request. Analytics data is retained per each provider's standard policy.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@gatechsolutionsllc.com.
