The Salesforce + AI Audit

A fixed-scope, senior read of your org — health, data quality, automation debt, and AI readiness — delivered as findings, a prioritized roadmap, and quick wins you keep either way.

  • 50+ Salesforce projects
  • 100+ integrations
  • 5.0 client rating
  • 6+ years Salesforce

Every Salesforce org accumulates debt: automations nobody remembers building, fields nobody trusts, reports that disagree with each other, and a growing gap between what the org does and what anyone can explain. Before you commit budget to fixing or extending it — especially with AI — you need to know what's actually there.

The Salesforce + AI Audit is our fixed-scope answer. A senior consultant goes hands-on in your org and reads it the way an architect would: health, data quality, automation debt, code and deployability, integrations, and AI readiness.

You leave with three deliverables: a findings document in plain language, a prioritized roadmap, and a quick-wins list your team can ship immediately. It's designed as a zero-risk first engagement — everything you receive is yours to execute with us, with your own team, or with someone else entirely.

Who this is for

Built for teams like yours

New RevOps or Salesforce leaders

You inherited an org and nobody can tell you what's safe to touch.

  • A complete map of automations, integrations, and technical debt
  • Risks ranked by blast radius, not by who complains loudest
  • A 90-day plan you can walk into your next leadership meeting

Teams whose org has drifted

Reports disagree, automations misfire, and nobody trusts the data.

  • A data quality assessment with root causes, not symptoms
  • The automation conflicts behind the weird record behavior
  • Quick wins that restore trust in the first two weeks

Companies planning AI on Salesforce

You want agents and AI — and suspect the org isn't ready for them.

  • An AI readiness read across data, permissions, and process
  • Which AI use cases are viable now vs. after cleanup
  • The sequence from where you are to agent-ready

Capabilities

What the audit examines

Org health & architecture

Data model, sharing and security posture, limits, and the structural decisions that quietly tax every future project.

Data quality

Duplicates, completeness, field usage, and whether the numbers leadership sees can actually be trusted.

Automation debt

Flows, legacy Workflow Rules and Process Builder, triggers — what conflicts, what's abandoned, and what fires in an order nobody designed.

Code & deployability

Apex quality, test coverage, dependency risk, and whether the org can release safely without a rescue every time.

Integrations & GTM stack

What's connected, what's brittle, what's duplicated, and where data silently breaks between systems.

AI readiness

Whether your data, permissions, and processes can support AI agents — Agentforce, Claude, ChatGPT, MCP — and the honest gap list if they can't yet.

Outcomes

Numbers with stories attached

Every figure below comes from a GAT client engagement and is attached to the operating system that produced the change.

$10K → $360K+/mo

Revenue operations rebuilt around Salesforce

A services business scaled monthly revenue from $10K to $360K+ on systems GAT designed and ran — lead routing, pipeline automation, and reporting the team actually used.

36×

Lift in conversion after a funnel rebuild

Rebuilt intake and qualification flows end-to-end — the conversion rate multiplied 36× once handoffs, routing, and follow-up were automated.

GAT Solutions brought strong Salesforce and development depth, communicated clearly, delivered within the agreed timeframe, and earned the client's confidence for future work.

How we deliver

From operating problem to a system your team can run

  1. 01

    Access & discovery

Read-only access plus short interviews with the people who live in the org — what they distrust, what they work around, what they wish it did.

  2. 02

    The senior deep-dive

Hands-on review of metadata, data, automation, code, and integrations — performed by a senior consultant, not a scanner report.

  3. 03

    Findings, roadmap, quick wins

A live walkthrough of the findings document, a prioritized roadmap, and a quick-wins list — all three are yours to keep.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What exactly do we get from the Salesforce health check?
Three deliverables: a findings document that explains the state of your org in plain language, a roadmap prioritized by impact and effort, and a quick-wins list your team can ship in the first weeks. All three are written to be executable by any competent team — not just by us.
How is this different from a free automated org scanner?
Scanners flag symptoms; a senior consultant explains causes and consequences. Tools can count your flows — they can't tell you which automation conflict is corrupting your pipeline reporting, or in what order to fix things. The audit is judgment applied hands-on, with 6+ years of Salesforce delivery behind it.
What access do you need, and is it safe?
Read-only access to production or a full sandbox, plus an hour or two with your team. We don't change anything during the audit — the engagement is deliberately structured so there's zero risk to your org.
Is the audit just a sales pitch for a bigger engagement?
No — it's scoped to stand on its own, and the deliverables are written so any team can execute them. Many clients do continue with us, because the roadmap makes the next step obvious. But the audit's job is the truth about your org, not a pipeline for ours.
Can the audit tell us if we're ready for Agentforce or AI agents?
Yes — AI readiness is a core dimension. We assess whether your data quality, permission model, and processes can support agents, which AI use cases are viable today, and what has to be fixed before the ambitious ones are safe. We ship AI products ourselves, so this read comes from production experience, not a checklist.
How long does the audit take, and what does it cost?
It's fixed-scope and typically runs about two weeks end to end, depending on org size. Book a consultation first; if the audit is the right next step, you'll know its exact scope before committing to anything.
