The new card puts more than Agentforce actions in the same pool.

The August card covers Agentforce, Help Agent resolutions, Speech Foundations, Data 360, and Personalization. It also lists Customer 360 record operations and process invocations as TBA, which means those two rates should not be guessed into a budget.

One action can answer, update, or complete work.

Salesforce shows each of the first two examples as one action. Under the current production multiplier, either one uses 20 Flex Credits, which is $0.10 at published US list price. Digital Wallet then reports consumption by usage type.

Customer 360 record and process rates are still TBA

The card lists Salesforce record operations such as create, read, update, and delete, plus process invocations such as Flow and Apex, without a multiplier. Treat them as an open pricing input until Salesforce publishes the rates that apply to Headless 360 usage.

Review my action map

Moving rows is nearly free. Resolving identities is not.

The Data 360 table rewards reading it by cost order rather than row order. Batch movement and queries price in fractions of a cent per million rows, while identity resolution, streaming, and real-time ingestion carry the budget. Every figure below is the base-tier multiplier at published US list price.

Priced to be used freely

  • Prep: $0.20 per million rows processed
  • Segmentation: $0.25 per million rows
  • Activation: $0.30 per million rows
  • Queries: about $0.015 per million rows

At these rates a batch pipeline over tens of millions of rows a month totals a few dollars. Volume alone rarely creates a Data 360 bill.

Priced to be planned

  • Unification: $375 per million rows processed
  • Streaming Pipeline: $17.50 per million rows, about 87 times batch Prep
  • Real-Time Pipeline: $1,250 per million combined events, API calls, and actions
  • Unstructured processing: $0.75 per megabyte, about $750 per gigabyte of documents

These four usage types decide whether the free entitlement lasts a year or a week. Turn them on deliberately, never by default.

Unification bills on every job run, so cadence is the lever

Identity resolution is billed on rows processed, and each run processes rows again. A daily job over the same 100,000 source rows processes about 3 million rows in a month, while the same job weekly processes about 400,000. Setting the cadence to match how fast the data actually changes moves this line item more than any other decision.

Review my Data 360 plan

What changed between the February and August cards

The Data 360 multipliers are unchanged from the February 2026 card. Personalization and Help Agent resolutions are new sections, and the Customer 360 Platform section now lists Salesforce record operations and process invocations for Headless 360 on the official card for the first time, still without published multipliers. Metered record operations are on the card before they have a price, which is exactly the kind of line to watch before committing an architecture to them.

A rate is useful only after the action path is visible.

Run the calculator for a directional range, or send the workflow and GAT will map the calls, retries, testing, and other meters that belong in the forecast. If you are still sizing the decision rather than a single workflow, start with what Agentforce costs per month.

Platform Login and Dev Credits: the other rate card

Salesforce publishes a second, much shorter rate card for a credit pool bundled with certain Salesforce Services. It is not part of the Flex Credits pool on this page, and the two do not mix: your entitlement quantity sits in the Usage Details table on the Order Form, and the credits expire at the Order End Date with no rollover.

Usage typeMultiplierWhat that means
Daily Unique Logins50Each user counts once per day: the first login that day consumes 50 credits, and later logins by the same user consume nothing.

The full published card, last updated October 2024. Salesforce notes usage types and multipliers may change.

No dollar conversion is published for this pool.

Unlike Flex Credits, this card carries no list price per credit, so the budget is the entitlement quantity on your Order Form. To plan it, count the people who touch the platform app on a working day, multiply by 50, and compare that monthly total against the entitlement before the Order End Date.

Replace Salesforce's volume with yours

The calculator loads the same scenario assumptions, then lets you change monthly requests, actions, retries, sandbox tests, voice calls, and prompt runs.

Model my volume

The architecture determines the total, not the sticker price.

Four decisions usually move the estimate more than the difference between a text action and a voice action.

Count successful paths and exception paths

One polished demo is not a forecast. Include retries, fallback actions, missing-data branches, and the test traffic required to keep the agent reliable.

Keep deterministic work out of the reasoning loop

A form, Flow, or workflow can be the better choice when the job follows fixed rules. Agentforce is most useful when Salesforce context, permissions, and bounded reasoning materially simplify the work.

Design actions around business transactions

A coherent action that completes one business transaction usually consumes less and fails less often than a chain of chatty field-level actions.

Reconcile the model with your Order Form

List price is a common comparison unit, not a promise about your bill. Check entitlements, licenses, expiration, contracted rates, and the org's Digital Wallet.

Let the business workflow choose the architecture.

GAT will tell you when Agentforce has a platform advantage and when a form, Flow, n8n workflow, or conventional application is the cleaner answer.

Bring one workflow and leave with the numbers that matter.

In 30 minutes, we can identify the likely action path, the unknowns that need measurement, and whether Agentforce is the right execution environment.

  • The normal, retry, and high-usage paths
  • Production, sandbox, prompt, voice, and data meters
  • The human approvals and operational controls the build needs

Flex Credits questions, answered directly

How much does one Salesforce Flex Credit cost?+

Salesforce publishes a US list price of $500 per 100,000 Flex Credits. That equals $0.005 per credit before contracted pricing, included entitlements, or other product charges.

How much does an Agentforce action cost?+

A standard or custom text action uses 20 Flex Credits in production and 16 in a sandbox. At published US list price, that is $0.10 in production and $0.08 in a sandbox.

How much does an Agentforce Voice action cost?+

A standard or custom voice action uses 30 Flex Credits in production and 24 in a sandbox. At published US list price, that is $0.15 in production and $0.12 in a sandbox.

Are testing and preview free?+

Building in Agentforce Builder is not itself metered, but preview, live testing, Testing Center, Grid, and sandbox execution can consume credits. Budget testing from the action path, not from the number of test cases alone.

Do Flex Credits roll over?+

No. Salesforce states that Flex Credits must be used before the Order End Date in the Usage Details table on the Order Form and that rollover is not permitted.

What does not count as an Agentforce action?+

Salesforce Help says utilities such as escalation to a representative, setting variables, and transitions to another topic are not billed as agent actions. The actions that retrieve information or perform work are billed when they run.

How much does Data 360 cost per million rows?+

At base tier and published US list price: Prep is $0.20, Segmentation $0.25, Activation $0.30, and Queries about $0.015 per million rows processed. Unification is the outlier at $375 per million rows, the Streaming Pipeline is $17.50 per million, and the Real-Time Pipeline is $1,250 per million combined events, API calls, and actions.

What is Data 360 Unification billed on?+

Rows processed, and every identity resolution job run processes rows. A job that runs daily over the same 100,000 source rows processes about 3 million rows in a month, while a weekly cadence processes about 400,000. Run cadence, not data size, is usually the cost lever.

How do the Data 360 production tiers work?+

Each usage type steps down through four rates as its monthly credit consumption grows: Tier 2 after 300,000 credits, Tier 3 after 1.5 million, and Tier 4 after 12.5 million. The count resets on the first day of each calendar month, and sandbox usage bills at a flat rate with no tiers.

How much do Help Agent resolutions and Personalization cost?+

A Help Agent resolution uses 400 Flex Credits per resolved interaction, which is $2.00 at published US list price. Personalization decisioning uses 100 credits per 1,000 decisions, which is $0.50 per 1,000, or $0.0005 per decision.

What is the Platform Login and Dev Credits rate card?+

A separate Salesforce rate card for a credit pool bundled with certain Salesforce Services. It publishes one usage type: a Daily Unique Login consumes 50 credits. The entitlement quantity sits in the Usage Details table on your Order Form, the credits expire at the Order End Date with no rollover, and the card publishes no dollar conversion. It is not part of the Flex Credits pool.

Is the Agentforce rate card the same as the Flex Credits rate card?+

Yes. Since the August 2026 card, Agentforce actions, prompts, voice actions, and Help Agent resolutions are priced inside the Flex Credits Rate Card, so a search for the Agentforce rate card lands on the same document this page translates.

Why can the actual Salesforce bill differ from this page?+

Your Order Form can include negotiated rates, allowances, licenses, or product-specific rules. Data 360, Speech Foundations, Personalization, and other services can also introduce separate meters. Digital Wallet is the authoritative org-specific usage view.
