Agentforce

Agentforce consulting & implementation

The right use case scoped first, Agent Builder configured properly, guardrails and testing before launch — and a straight answer when Agentforce isn't the right tool.

  • 50+ Salesforce projects
  • 100+ integrations
  • 5.0 client rating
  • 6+ years Salesforce

Agentforce is the easiest AI purchase in the Salesforce ecosystem — and the easiest to shelve. The implementations that survive contact with customers start narrow: one high-volume use case, data that can support it, and an honest read of what the agent should never be allowed to do.

That's how we run Agentforce engagements. GAT brings 6+ years of Salesforce delivery and 4+ years of applied AI, and we build agent systems for a living — including ApexGenius, our production Salesforce MCP for Claude and ChatGPT. We know what separates an agent that resolves cases from one that generates escalations, because we operate on both sides of the architecture.

We advise, build, and deliver: scope the use case, configure topics and actions in Agent Builder, wire the Flows and Apex behind them, test adversarially, and launch with guardrails — then stay accountable for how the agent performs, not just whether it deployed.

Who this is for

Built for teams like yours

Service teams drowning in volume

Case volume keeps climbing and headcount can't follow it.

  • A deflection use case scoped to your actual volume and data
  • Topics and actions that resolve the routine cases cleanly
  • Escalation paths that hand humans the context, not the mess

Teams who already bought Agentforce

The licenses are live; the agent still isn't doing real work.

  • A configuration audit of topics, instructions, and actions
  • Grounding and actions rebuilt against the real use case
  • A testing and rollout plan that earns internal trust back

Leaders still evaluating Agentforce

You need a straight answer on fit before committing budget.

  • An honest readiness assessment of data, process, and risk
  • Agentforce compared against lighter MCP-based alternatives
  • A decision you can defend, with a roadmap either way

Capabilities

What Agentforce consulting covers

Use-case scoping & readiness

We pick the first use case by volume, data quality, and blast radius — and tell you honestly if your org isn't ready for an autonomous agent yet.

Agent Builder configuration

Topics, classification, instructions, and guardrail language written for how customers actually phrase things, not how the docs imagine they do.

Custom actions & integrations

The Flows, Apex, and API calls behind every action — built with tests, bounded permissions, and release controls.

Guardrails & escalation design

Hard boundaries on what the agent may touch, graceful handoffs to humans, and audit trails for every action taken.

Adversarial testing & evaluation

We attack the agent before your customers do — off-topic prompts, edge cases, prompt injection — and fix what breaks.

Launch, monitoring & iteration

Phased rollout, conversation review, and topic tuning — an agent is a product you operate, not a project you close.

GAT Solutions completed the required org changes quickly and explained the underlying issues, so the team understood what was changing and why.

How we deliver

From operating problem to a system your team can run

  1. 01

    Map the operating friction

We start with the workflow, not the feature request—where work stalls, ownership breaks, data loses meaning, or teams compensate by hand.

  2. 02

Build the smallest system that works

Senior consultants design and ship the build in weeks — Salesforce, integrations, and AI where it earns its place.

  3. 03

    Make the system operable

Documentation, enablement, controls, and instrumentation ship with the build so your team can run it and see what is working.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do we actually need Agentforce, or is there a lighter option?
Honest answer: it depends on the use case. Customer-facing, high-volume service deflection inside Salesforce is where Agentforce earns its keep. For internal workflows — pipeline analysis, record updates, drafting — a direct MCP connection between Claude and your org is often faster and dramatically simpler; see our Claude + Salesforce solution. We implement both, so our recommendation follows your use case, not a license sale.
What makes an Agentforce implementation succeed?
Narrow scope, clean grounding data, and testing. The implementations we're brought in to rescue almost always launched too broad: a dozen topics, vague instructions, no adversarial testing. One well-instrumented use case that resolves cleanly beats ten that sort of work.
How long does an Agentforce implementation take?
A first production use case typically ships in weeks, not quarters — scoping and readiness first, then configuration, then a testing period we won't skip. Rushed agents cost more in customer trust than they save in calendar time.
Can Agentforce use our existing Flows and Apex?
Yes — agent actions can invoke Flows, Apex, and external APIs, and that's usually where the real work happens. It's also where implementations quietly fail: untested automation behind an autonomous agent compounds. We build and test that layer with the same rigor we'd apply to any release.
How do you test an agent before customers see it?
Adversarially. We run the agent against scripted edge cases, off-topic and adversarial prompts, and real historical conversations, then review transcripts and tighten topics and guardrails. Launch is phased, with humans reviewing early conversations before autonomy widens.
What does Agentforce consulting cost?
Scope drives price. Book a consultation and you'll leave with a readiness assessment and a recommended first use case — whether or not we build it together.

Initial systems consultation

Scope the right agent use case first.

  • You leave with
  • A focused consultation with a senior systems consultant
  • A current-state fit and architecture read
  • A recommended path — implementation, ongoing ownership, or product
