Advisory · Ninety minutes

Ninety minutes on your org with someone who has built this before

Sometimes you do not need a project. You need an experienced second opinion on a decision you are about to make. Bring the problem, we look at the real org together, and you leave with a written recommendation.

There is a gap between a sales call and an engagement. You have a design you want challenged, a vendor quote you suspect is wrong, an architecture decision with no obvious right answer, or an org you inherited and cannot yet read. None of that needs a statement of work. It needs ninety minutes with someone who has made the same call before and can tell you what it cost.

This is a paid session, deliberately. It is not a disguised sales meeting, so nobody has to spend the first half qualifying you. We go straight into your org, your constraints, and the decision in front of you. If the honest answer is that you do not need us, that is the answer you get.

The fee credits in full toward the audit or any build that follows. If we work together afterward, the session effectively cost nothing. If we do not, you keep the recommendation and the reasoning behind it.

Who this is for

Built for teams like yours

Leaders about to commit budget

A quote or a roadmap is in front of you and you cannot tell whether it is right.

  • The proposal read by someone with no stake in it being approved
  • The questions worth asking your vendor before you sign
  • A plain read on what the work should actually cost and take

Admins and RevOps leads who want backup

You are confident in the direction but want it pressure-tested before you build it.

  • A design reviewed against how it will behave at volume
  • The failure modes worth designing for now rather than discovering later
  • Reasoning you can take to your own leadership

Teams who inherited an org

Nobody left who knows why any of it was built this way.

  • A fast read on what is load-bearing and what is safe to touch
  • The risks worth investigating before you change anything
  • A view on whether this needs an audit or just a cleanup

Capabilities

What people bring to a session

An architecture decision

Build on the platform or integrate. Health Cloud or core Salesforce. Agentforce or an off-platform agent. The trade-offs stated in terms of what each one costs you later.

A proposal or quote to sanity-check

Someone else's scope, timeline, and price read by a senior consultant who is not bidding on the work.

A design before you build it

Your data model, automation, or integration approach reviewed against how it behaves under real volume and real staff behaviour.

An AI question worth a straight answer

Whether the use case you have in mind is viable now, needs groundwork first, or is theatre. Grounded in what we run in production, including our own product.

A platform evaluation

Salesforce against the alternative you are weighing, judged on your workflow rather than a feature matrix.

An org you cannot yet read

A guided look through what is actually configured, so you can walk into your next leadership meeting with a defensible position.

Outcomes

Numbers with stories attached

Every figure below comes from a client engagement and is attached to the operating system that produced the change.

Mapped first

A revenue org nobody documented, made safe to change

A cybersecurity SaaS company handed us the org their revenue ran through: built fast over years, by people who had left, with no documentation and nowhere safe to test. We mapped the whole thing before changing anything, and the mapping is what paid off: two rival systems were both deciding where credit for a deal went, two more were both assigning owners to the same records, and live buttons on their pages pointed at automation that had been switched off. They got those conflicts resolved and a written source of truth their next hire can actually read.

We built one

Our own Salesforce AI product, running in real orgs

ApexGenius is proof we ship what we sell: the Salesforce admin MCP. It lets Claude and ChatGPT administer and develop a live Salesforce org with guardrails on what they are allowed to touch, and answers plain-English questions about what is in the org, what is connected, and what would break. When we advise you on connecting AI to Salesforce, it's because we built the thing and run it, not because we read about it. Access is logged and sensitive data redacted; the product is working toward HIPAA compliance.

GAT Solutions brought strong Salesforce and development depth, communicated clearly, delivered within the agreed timeframe, and earned the client's confidence for future work.

How we deliver

From operating problem to a system your team can run

  1. 01

    Send the problem ahead

A short intake so the time goes into the decision rather than into background. If we need access to look at the org live, we agree what and how beforehand.

  2. 02

Ninety minutes on the real thing

Working session, not a presentation. We look at your org, your proposal, or your design together and talk through the options and what each one commits you to.

  3. 03

    A written recommendation

A short summary afterward with the recommendation, the reasoning, and the next step. Yours to act on with us, with your team, or with anyone else.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Why is this paid when the consultation is free?
The free consultation is for working out whether we are a fit and what the engagement would look like. This is different: it is advisory work on your actual problem, with a recommendation you keep. Charging for it means it does not have to double as a sales pitch.
Does the fee really credit forward?
Yes, in full, toward the audit or any build that follows. It is applied to your first invoice with no expiry games.
Do you need access to our org?
Not always. Plenty of sessions are useful with a screen share and a conversation. If reading the org directly would make the ninety minutes materially better, we will say so and agree read-only access in advance.
What if we decide we want the full engagement?
Then the natural next step is the audit, which scopes the work properly and ends in a fixed quote. The session fee comes off it. There is no pressure in the session itself, because we have already been paid for the advice.
Can we bring more than one person?
Yes, and it is usually better. The sessions that land hardest have the person who owns the budget and the person who owns the system in the same conversation.
