AI & Agentforce · All three pillars
AI that administers your org, not another pilot deck
Agentforce builds, custom chatbots, MCP rollout, and team enablement, from a firm that runs its own Salesforce admin MCP in production every day.
What we build
Four kinds of AI work, one standard: production
Agentforce builds
Service agents and employee agents that survive contact with real users: scoped actions, tested topics, and an honest read on when Agentforce is the right tool versus when it is not.
Custom chatbots & conversational AI
Patient chat, client-facing assistants, and internal bots built against your real data with guardrails, logging, and escalation to humans.
MCP rollout
Claude and ChatGPT connected to your org the right way: staging before production, human-approved deploys, per-user access control, and an audit trail.
Team enablement
Your admins and developers working with AI daily, safely: the workflows, the guardrails, and the habits that make it stick.
Our product is the proof
ApexGenius: the Salesforce admin MCP
We built the connector that lets Claude and ChatGPT administer and develop Salesforce orgs: staging before production, human-approved deploys, everything logged. When we advise you on AI, it is because we run this daily, not because we read about it.
- Works where your AI works: Claude and ChatGPT
- Deploys metadata, Apex, Flows, and reports
- Staging first; humans approve what ships
- Access logged, sensitive data redacted

How we think about this work
Agentforce vs Off-Platform AI Agents: Where Should Yours Live?
Agentforce vs n8n, Zapier and Make: an honest comparison of cost, control, and reach, and how to tell which one your problem actually needs.
Using Claude to Do Real Salesforce Admin Work: Permission Sets, Reports, and Routing Rules, With Guardrails
How a consultant runs real Salesforce admin work (permission sets, reports, Omni-Channel routing) through Claude via MCP, with a human approving every write.
Salesforce AI Production Readiness: Permissions, Evaluation, Approval, and Rollback
A practical readiness framework for moving a Salesforce AI workflow from an impressive demo to governed production work.
How engagements run: the audit (discovery and scope) → the build → then either we run it with you as ongoing ownership, or we hand it off to your team, documented.
Common questions
Agentforce, MCP, and AI cost questions
- How much does Agentforce cost to run?
- Salesforce prices Agentforce on Flex Credits: a standard action consumes 20 credits, and credits list at $500 per 100,000. The real budget question is how many paid actions a typical conversation triggers. We map that before you commit, and we keep simple work on the API limits you already pay for.
- Agentforce or a custom agent?
- Agentforce when the work lives inside Salesforce and benefits from platform-native actions and security. Custom (Claude or ChatGPT plus MCP) when the work spans systems, needs tighter cost control, or needs capabilities Agentforce does not expose. We build both and will tell you plainly which fits, including when the answer is neither yet.
- What is ApexGenius and why does it matter here?
- ApexGenius is our own product: the Salesforce admin MCP. It lets Claude and ChatGPT administer and develop a live org with staging, logging, and human-approved deploys. It matters because our AI advice comes from operating AI against real orgs daily, not from reading about it.
- Can AI touch a HIPAA org safely?
- With structural guardrails, yes: PHI redaction in front of the model, access logging, human approval on writes, and scope limits on what the AI can reach. We are a HIPAA-compliant organization and we build to those standards under a BAA.
