One conversation follows the patient from pre-op through recovery. Incoming messages route to the nurse who is actually available, with patient context, approved resources, and AI-drafted replies in the same workspace. Timed SMS and email reminders bring unread messages back to the patient and escalate anything that still needs attention, while scheduled sends keep the process moving outside office hours. We built it to replace the previous platform and migrated its message history with it.
